Hold NVDA.
Privately.
A tokenized portfolio is a public document — every position readable by anyone, forever. Redact keeps the confidential part confidential: amounts, recipients, and trails stay behind the door.
CA — the contract address is recorded at launch. No placeholder is shown; verified links appear only once they exist.
Amount. Recipient.
Metadata.
Three layers in the design, each turning one lock the public ledger leaves open.
Shielded pool
Funds enter a zero-knowledge pool. Value moves while balances stay hidden — the chain records a proof, not an amount.
Phase IIStealth addresses
Every payment lands on a one-time address derived from the recipient's public meta-address. It traces back to nothing.
Phase IIGasless relayers
A pooled relayer network submits claims and pays the gas — your funding wallet never enters the record.
Phase IIIIn. Through.
Out — unmarked.
Deposit
USDG or a Stock Token enters the pool. The public event is a commitment — not a balance.
Transfer
Value moves inside the pool under a zero-knowledge proof. The ledger sees nothing legible.
Withdraw
Funds arrive at a fresh stealth address, delivered gaslessly. No history attaches.
Design specification — ships with Phase II and III. Nothing on this page claims to run today.
What the vault
is built to keep.
Private payments
Send and receive USDG with no amount and no counterparty on the record.
Phase IIConfidential positions
Hold NVDA, AAPL, GOOG exposure without publishing your portfolio — only possible where Stock Tokens live.
Phase IIPay-by-name handles
Send to a name, never an address. The rail resolves it privately, client-side.
Phase IIIPrivate invoices
Bill in USDG. Payer wallet and amount stay off the public record.
Phase IIIA pool you can audit
Privacy with receipts — commitments stay readable by anyone.
Phase IIIGasless claims
Recipients never pay gas from a wallet that could identify them.
Phase IIIThe discretion
is the product.
